Years 3 and 5 have been doing some cooking as part of their Design Technology learning this week. Why not ask your child what they have been cooking?
Staffing Update
We would like to thank Mrs Rogers for all her hard work at Nightingale in the past 10 years. Mrs Rogers will be moving on to work in a different school after the Easter holidays. We wish her all the best and look forward to hearing how she is getting on.
Miss Springer will also be taking up a new challenge after Easter. In the past 11 years she has made huge contributions to the children and families of Nightingale. I’m sure you will all wish her the best in her new position. Miss Banyard will be our new school SENDCO.
Finally, Mrs Hughes who works with our Pastoral Team will be leaving Nightingale at the end of next week. We wish her all the best for the next stage in her career.
British Values

At Nightingale we know that rules and laws are important. We follow our Golden Rules in school to make our school a happy, safe space to learn and grow.
Skill Builder
Our Skill of the Week this week has been Teamwork. We have been working as a team in lots of different ways: on the playground, in the dining hall and in lessons.
Attendance
Our attendance target is 96%. We want your children to be in school ALL DAY EVERYDAY! School is open between 8.45am and 3.30pm Monday - Friday. Whatever the weather, we want your children to be in school learning and doing all the great activities the teachers are planning.

In Early Years: Sparrows with 96.09%
In KS1: Peacocks with 94.33%
